How your project is delivered
Once your website package purchase is confirmed, our team reaches out within 1 business day to begin work. As the project progresses, you'll typically see it first on a staging link for review, then it goes live at your chosen domain once approved. Any admin logins, source files, or documentation are sent to you by email.
Delivery timeline
Each package lists its expected delivery window on the Packages page (for example, 5-day or 10-day delivery). That timeline starts once we've received the content, branding, and any assets we need from you — not from the moment of payment — since custom work depends on having what it needs to begin.
Delays
If a project runs past its expected window because we're waiting on content, feedback, or approvals from your side, we'll let you know and the timeline adjusts accordingly. We'll always tell you proactively if something on our end is causing a delay.
No shipping charges
Since there's no physical shipment involved, no delivery or shipping charges apply to any package price shown at checkout.
