This policy explains what information Anha Labs LLP collects through anhalabz.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies to this website and to the ClayBill product page; it does not cover the separate ClayBill application itself (claybill.in), which has its own terms.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service of interest, and message you provide. We do not require account creation to browse this site, and we do not collect payment information here — anhalabz.com does not process payments.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
- To send a confirmation email acknowledging we received your message
- To keep an internal record of leads so we can follow up appropriately
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Brevo, a transactional email provider, to send the admin notification and auto-reply emails generated by our contact form. Brevo processes the email address and message content solely to deliver those emails on our behalf. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Data storage & retention
Contact form submissions are stored in our internal database until you ask us to delete them, or until they're no longer needed for the purpose they were collected — whichever comes first. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll action it promptly.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimal cookies/local storage needed for basic functionality (such as remembering your position in an interactive form). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
A note on scope
This is a general-purpose policy for a small business website. If you're evaluating ClayBill for GST/billing use and need specifics on how invoice or stock data is handled, please ask us directly — that's governed separately from this page.
